“A multimillionaire businessperson Aditya Dewan and his partner Siya inaugurating a hospital in memory of his brother, Vikram. He shares a heart touching story of Vikram giving half his liver to his friend Karan who had a liver issue throughout childhood. Out of the blue, an intruder Saurav Singhania gifts Aditya a rich luxury car and requests him and his partner for lunch.
At lunch, Saurav makes an absurd deal of getting sex with Siya reciprocally for giving Aditya’s Company a giant financial gain. Aditya angrily disapproves this opportunity. Saurav starts planning to finish Aditya’s business. He bribes one among Aditya’s mill employees to combine pesticides in his cola mill, forcing Aditya to finish off and leading him to place all the blame on his trustworthy worker Kaya.”
